Our address is 330-1620 Dickson Avenue, we are located in Landmark 5 on the 3rd floor, turn left when you get off the elevator. There is free 3 hour visitor parking.
If you are a new client you can either book the 45 minute initial assessment or the 60 minute initial assessment, each of our practitioners has a different preference on the amount of time they prefer for the first visit. OR if you would like to ask a few questions first, you can also book the free 10 minute information phone call, this is optional.
We do not have front desk staff or administrative staff, so when you arrive for your appointment please take a seat and your practitioner will be out to get you at your appointment time. If you need to call the clinic we are unable to answer the phone while we are in with clients, so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy assessment and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and pain. It starts with an initial assessment which includes taking a thorough history and then conducting a physical assessment. Physiotherapy treatment then incudes a variety of techniques depending on what is best for your particular issue, which your physiotherapist will discuss with you. But treatment may include manual therapy - joint mobilisations, soft tissue techniques/massage, needling/IMS, education, exercise etc.
Physiotherapy - Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates combines physiotherapy with Pilates-based movement to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall strength. This approach blends hands-on treatment with personalized exercise programs tailored to your needs. Designed to improve mobility, stability, and alignment, Clinical Pilates helps restore function and reduce pain. Please book an initial assessment before scheduling this service.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic health physiotherapists are Registered Physiotherapists with specialized training to assess the musculature and soft tissues within the pelvis. In addition to evaluating the pelvic floor, a comprehensive orthopedic assessment is included.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy can help with a wide range of conditions, including urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and chronic pelvic pain. It can also support individuals experiencing pain with intercourse, genital pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), or core weakness. Treatment may be beneficial for those recovering from surgeries such as c-sections, hysterectomies, prostate surgeries, gender-affirming procedures, or other pelvic-related surgeries. Additionally, pelvic floor physiotherapy can assist with optimizing labour and delivery, managing symptoms related to prostate cancer treatment, addressing concerns such as erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, and providing guidance on exercise prescription during and after pregnancy.
Vestibular Physiotherapy
Specialized form of physiotherapy focusing on assessment and treatment for dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues caused by inner ear or neurological conditions. Common conditions treated include BPPV, post-concussion dizziness, and vestibular hypofunction.
